■Site Review / Audit

Review customs and trade
within your business.

During a site review, we examine your international trade documents, data and workflows. Discussions with the relevant teams complete the assessment. You receive an evaluation of risks and a prioritized action plan.

■The purpose

Identify where action is needed. Prioritize measures.

Incomplete master data, unclear responsibilities or handover gaps: we examine where your everyday processes reach their limits.

We draw on consulting experience and experience in customs administration. Action planning also considers technical implementation with CU-TA and training needs with SILVERPORT.

■Frequently asked questions

Before the site review.

Does a site review prepare us for a customs audit?

It can be used for that purpose, but its scope is broader. The aim is an independent assessment of your organization, beyond preparation for a particular audit date.

Do all departments need to be involved at once?

No. We agree on an appropriate scope in advance and involve only the functions whose information is relevant to the review objectives.

Does MA-TAX also support implementation?

Yes. MA-TAX supports technical implementation. Where needed, CU-TA develops software for your workflows and data volumes, and SILVERPORT trains the teams involved.
